The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/   in conjunction with the Declaration of Human Responsibilities http://interactioncouncil.org/universal-declaration-human-responsibilities  that they should do so, in addition to the other readings.

The Earth Charter is a soft international Law with UNESCO is found here. IHTEC has endorsed the Earth Charter.
